Design-to-Make
The ULIS Manufacturing Cloud provides the overall program management needed for control of the production launch process following release-to-manufacturing. ULIS can import product definition data, like parts and engineering Bills-of-Material (BOM) and translate them into manufacturing process data, like routings and manufacturing BOMs. Key to the process is maintaining a central, secure, document management system that maintains the links between components (parts, tools, equipment) and the manufacturing processes and routings. ULIS maintains the documentation for quality processes while managing and executing engineering changes in preparation for and following program launch.
